Sound, experienced Leadership

The Oakdene investment team is headed by Sanjiv Jagsi, a qualified medical professional who operates several practices. He acquired his first commercial property investment in 2004 and continues to develop the portfolio.

In 2006, under the ‘Xantaris’ brand, Sanjiv began sourcing and acquiring commercial and medical centre investment properties on his own account, for consortiums and on behalf of individual clients, companies or pension funds.

While operating in this sector, Sanjiv has established close links with leading commercial agents, valuers, funders and lawyers, resulting in the acquisition of over forty properties representing a combined value of over £90m (July 2015).

Through this extensive network of contacts, investments have often been acquired off-market or secured by competitive bidding to achieve maximum value and potential. ROI is further enhanced by the provision of management services such as rent collection, insurance, repairs and maintenance.
